We are what you once were.
We believe what you once believed.
We worship as you once worshiped.
If you were right
then, we are right now.
If we are wrong now, you were wrong
then.

A Monk's Wisdom!
A
prayer from the desert.
Lord Jesus Christ, whose will all things obey:
pardon what I have done and grant that I, a sinner, may sin no more. Lord, I believe that though
I do not deserve it, you can
cleanse me from all my sins Lord, I know
that man looks upon
the .face, but you see the
heart. Send your spirit into my
inmost being, to
take possession of my soul and body.
Without you I cannot besaved; with you
to protect me, I long for your salvation. And now I
ask you for your salvation. And now I ask you for wisdom, deign of your great goodness to help and defend me. Guide my heart, Almighty God, that I may remember your presence day and
night. ++ Amen

TRUE
PEACE
One
of the brothers asked abba Isidore, a priest of scetis, "Why are
the demons
so terrified of you?" And the old man said, "Ever since I became a
monk I have tried never to let anger rise as far as my mouth Abba Joseph
asked abba Nisteros, "What should I do
about my tongue for
I cannot control it?" The old man said to him, "When you speak, do you find
peace?" He replied, "No." The old man said to him, "If you do not find peace,
why do you speak? Be silent, and when a
conversation takes place, prefer
to listen rather to talk.
Stories:
Two old men had lived together for
many years and they had never fought
with one another. The first said
to the other,
"Let us also have a fight
like other men." The other
replied, "I do not know how
to fight." The first said to
him, "Look, I will put a brick
between us and I will say: it is
mine; and you will reply: no, it
is mine; and so the fight will begin.
"So they put a brick between them
and the first said, "No, it is mine",
and the other said, "No, it is mine."
And the first replied, "If it is
yours, take it and go."
So they gave it up without being
able to find a cause for an argument.
:My personal Blessing to
you!
May God in His infinite love and mercy,
rain down upon you compassion so that your heart is filled with the mercy
of God within you.
May you in turn bestow this mercy of God that He has
bestowed upon you, upon every person that you meet in this life. May you never
forget to smile from your heart so that your smile may warm the heart of
another.
In this mercy may you develop compassion and love for everyone
that you meet so that you may never in your lifetime leave anyone sorry to have
met you, but that all who meet you in this life also meet Jesus Christ who is
Himself the life emanating from your heart to theirs.

Sweet (Monk Michael).
More from Monk
Michael;
You ask what in the world makes us think
that we know everything, I tell you that we/I do not know everything. But there
is a resource that has the earliest church writings for you to study.
It's your soul and your eternity, do with it what you like but the
excuse that you just simply did not know will not be accepted on that dreaded
day of judgement. Don't be one who neglects his own communion with the Father
through the blood of Jesus Christ because of the subtle pride that has you
trapped.
Study to show thyself approved, get rid of your pride and just
do it. Knock and the door shall be opened, seek and ye shall find. Ask and it
will be given unto you.
Who said these words? The person that you claim
to follow, are you doing as He said? Or does your pride keep you where you are
because you are the Pastor, the music director, the assistant Pastor, the youth
director, the Deacon, the head of the women's committee?
Here is a
resource for your re-course for a better understanding..
Early Church
Fathers
I will give you another
one here, the seven Oecumenical councils that established and shaped the church.
Agreed on by the whole church before schism and reformation. These two links;
one above and one below will show the true church to you, it is up to you to
believe the truth or to believe a lie. You'll find that the scriptures that you
claim to follow will be found here in these two links, in living
color.

Some personal thoughts from the
heart of Monk Michael.
Am I
then become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? Galatians 4:16
Judge Not!
January 2009, here we are
with my first writing of the year. There was a lot of mixed emotion to the
December newsletters. It goes without saying, regardless of style I will get
'Bravos' and 'hate' on any given article. I cannot change that, writing in a
softer style that is only for teaching is fine most of the time, when it comes
to the worship of my Lord and Savior during a time of celebration I have a lot
of emotion.
I use several methods or styles of writing to reach those
who only respond to each particular style and of course the others have issue
with it but I am actually trying to reach everyone. Some actually do not respond
to a soft teaching style and will only take notice when it is an 'in your face'
type of preaching, so I revert to that at times in order to reach those people.
St. Paul said: 1
Corinthians 9: 22 To the weak I became
weak, that I might gain the weak. I became all things to
all men, that I might save all.
I'm sorry that not everyone
understands this way, currently I am beginning the new year with a teaching
curriculum, one to guide us through an understanding of the way of Christ or His
teachings to us through the Apostles. If you are still of the Bible only mindset
and still reading these articles you must understand a few things from the
scriptures that somehow are conviently ignored by most "Bible
Only" people:
John
21: 25 But there are also many other things which Jesus did;
which, if they were written every one, the world itself, I
think, would not be able to contain the books that should be
written.
2
Peter 1: 20 Understanding this first, that no prophecy of
scripture is made by private interpretation.
John
16 :13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he
will teach you all truth. For he shall not speak of
himself; but what things soever he shall hear, he shall speak; and the things
that are to come, he shall show you.
2
John 1: 12 Having more things to write unto you, I
would not by paper and ink: for I hope that I shall be with you, and
speak face to face: that your joy may be
full.
1
Corinthians 11: 34 If any man be hungry, let him eat at home; that
you come not together unto judgment. And the rest I will set in order,
when I come.
Acts
Of Apostles 20: 31 Therefore watch, keeping in
memory, that for three years I ceased not, with tears to admonish
every one of you night and day.
This should be enough scripture to
help you understand that
- everything is not written in the Bible, it would be impossible.
- the authors of the Bible are the interpretators and they have taught from
generation to generation, it is not for someone to pick up on their own and
decide for themself what the words are saying, if you ignore this you are not a
Bible believer and only fooling yourself and everyone that you in turn teach
your own interpretation..
- Do you honestly believe that someone spent three years admonishing people
night and day and the only things that were taught are what you read in these
short letters in scripture?
- Where in all of scripture is it written on how to worship God? You know that
the first Christians continued to worship in the Synoguge as well as to teach
there until the Jews threw them out completely, so where is is written? Find it
and see how to worship. You also know that the worship was put into writing, it
has already been shown to you, so why was it not in the New Testament?
So with that said, let's take a look at 'Judge Not!'
Matthew
7: 1 Judge not, that you may not be judged,
Luke
6 :37 Judge not, and you shall not
be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you shall
be forgiven.
People sure do like to throw these pieces of
scripture around, I heard it during the Christmas letters of 2008, my friends,
you are in serious error for the most part by keeping your judgements quiet,
before I even begin to explain the scriptures above, take the scriptures below
and tell me how they fit in with the ones above, they are on the exact same
subject and in the exact same Bible, what does it all mean?
John
7: 24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge
just judgment.
Luke
12: 57 And why even of yourselves, do
you not judge that which is just?
James
2: 4 Do you not judge
within yourselves, and are become judges of unjust thoughts?
1
Corinthians 11: 31 But if we would
judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
1
Corinthians 6: 3 Know you not that we shall judge
angels? how much more things of this world?
1
Corinthians 6: 2 Know you not that the saints shall
judge this world? And if the world shall be judged by you, are you
unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
2
Thessalonians 3: 15 Yet do not esteem him as an enemy, but
admonish him as a brother
Matthew
18:17 And if he will not hear them:
tell the church. And if he will not hear the church, let
him be to thee as the heathen and publican.
So, read all of
the material above again, you are provided with links to every verse, read the
whole chapter to each verse, judge for yourself what should be done. I am going
to say this to you:
We are not here to point fingers to the world and
tell the world how to live, the world will be judged by God Almighty, however,
we are here to live according to the teachings of Christ through His church. In
the process of living according to the church we are to correct each other,
first privately, then to a few if he does not listen, then to the church and so
on.
We must represent Christ in truth, and speaking the same truth
anywhere anyone calls themself Christian. You know for a fact that this is not
the case in the world today, you also know that it must be the
case because Jesus Himself prayed for this. There is one truth, no more than
that.
If you call yourself Christian and misrepresent Jesus Christ I
will call you on it and I expect no less from you towards me. This is our job
towards each other so that we all may be saved. Do not allow your brother to
sink into perdition by keeping your mouth shut because of this idea from Hell to
JUDGE NOT.
Get the judgement into perspective and act accordingly.
Please know this: No matter what you may think of the way in which I have
written, my heart bleeds night and day and cries out to our Lord for the
salvation of all. I love you and it is not my desire to see anyone
fall.
Before long all who speak Christianity as taught by Christ will
become criminals, you must understand what is going on in the world, it will
become illegal to speak in a public church the truth of the Gospel, the Gospel
has become what ever anyone wants it to be and is getting worse. Don't think so?
Click on this link to see for yourself: Gay and Lesbian Bible!
Do not take offence at anything that I
have written here, this is for your eternal soul, do not forsake the truth for a
lie and waste your life as well as destroy the lives of your whole family by
teaching the lie. Study to show thyself approved.
Those who follow the original teachings will become outlaws,
criminals to the world and will have to speak in private churches in secrecy as
it was in the beginning. Only those who destroy the teachings of Christ and
conform to the world will be able to speak publicly, we will need to be "of One
Mind" literally, understanding one truth not many different truths, such is the
essence of this ministry.
You need to look inside of yourself and
see the truth of yourself and begin to become one with God through the church
that Jesus Christ established. Do not let a good deed go unnoticed by Christ in
the day of judgement, don't say it won't happen, you already know that Jesus
Christ said to go because He never knew you. Pay attention to these
words.
May God Bless you and keep you
during this Christmas season!
