Son of God/Son of Man |
How is it possible
to have both titles which are in opposition of each other and yet be the same
person? This is confusion for many and also the grounds for the heresy of the
claim of Jesus not being God. I guarantee you that those who manufactured this
lie were fully aware of their deception, which is of course the purpose of the
lie, to deceive as many as can be deceived.
First, the Son of God title; this is pretty
obvious,
Luke
1:31 Behold thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and shalt bring
forth a son; and thou shalt call his name Jesus. 32 He shall be great, and
shall be called the Son of the most High; and the Lord God shall give unto him
the throne of David his father; and he shall reign in the house of Jacob for
ever. 33 And of
his kingdom there shall be no end. 34 And Mary said to the angel: How shall this be done, because
I know not man? 35 And
the angel answering, said to her: The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the
power of the most High shall overshadow thee. And therefore also the Holy which
shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
How is the Son of Man involved
in this?
Isn’t that also obvious? Read the same verses above, who was
Jesus born from? Mary was a human woman, the daughter of a man; Jesus was the
son of a woman which made him a son of
man. The Word of God (which is of course God because it is His word), came
down and by the power of the Holy
Spirit, was placed into the womb of a virgin who then gave birth to this Word
of God in the flesh. Jesus was both God and man.
As a man his job was to do the bidding of the Father because
he was the Word of the Father, and the bidding of the Father was to show
mankind how to truly live according to the creation, after He had taught enough
people who could carry out the continuous teaching, He concluded His mission by
becoming the final blood sacrifice for all who would come to Him to obtain
salvation by living according to the Word of God.
I humbly hope and
pray that you will accept this news with love and understanding. Reflect on its
truth. Research it with an open mind in order to see the truth and if in fact
any part of these letters that touches on any teaching that you are currently
receiving and is shown to you to be true,
Then you will give
up yourself, your pride, and your ego in this area and give it to the truth of
Jesus Christ and change your life accordingly.
